Systems generating outbound calls (Predictive Dialers)
Systems for carrying out outbound telephone campaigns. Projects realized in the following configurations:
- Integration with CTI Avaya 4.0
- Integration with CMI Call Center Aspect R14
- CTI independent – deployments with application of the original CTI alfa PDS
ASP Services Platform
System designed for companies providing services as ASP Application Service Providers. System consists of hardware platform and alfa software. System is a start-up platform for IVR applications.
Advertising Dialer for CC
Tool for development of outbound IVR systems. Systems present an advertisement of a product and connect any interested customer directly to the Call Center agent.
So far the system could be deployed in two modes – one consisting of two servers handling 4 E1 trunks each, and another consisting of one server handling 4 trunks. IVR application and WWW server of third party producers.
IVR systems
Redundant IVR systems for telephone operators. The systems work in Call Center handling the domestic and foreign GSM operators as well as the American airlines. Platform is developed based on 4 telecommunications boards 4E1 – 16 E1 ports.
Unified Messaging System
Software used to provide voice mail services, fax system and SMS notifying system via single platform. The system is a perfect example of possibility to integrate third party products (in this case, Dialogic fax board and SMS control) with alfa platform.
The system is based on 2E1 telecommunications board (2 trunks E1) and Dialogic fax board. Fax software has been developed by Alfavox. IVR, WWW server and SMS control developed by third party producers.
Voice-directed telephone directory
Deployment for GSM operator. Central voice-directed telephone directory. System based on 4E1 telecommunications board, alfa platform and sound streaming library developed by Alfavox. IVR application and ASR module developed by third party producers.
Funny phone
Value added service for GSM operators. System modifying the sound of the speaker’s voice.
System based on 4E1 telecommunications board, alfa platform and sound streaming library developed by Alfavox. IVR application and digital signal processing (DSP) library of third party producers.
Call recorders for Call Center
Call recorders are examples of application of ACS system with boards operating at a passive mode level (listening out the lines). The system intercepts calls carried out via E1 trunk and saves them as wave files. The system records all information related to the call: date and time of call, its length as well as ANI and DNIS numbers. The recorder handles 5 trunks E1.
SS7 monitor
Deployment for GSM operator. System based on 14 telecommunications boards 4E1 (28 trunks with monitoring of 2 directions) and alfa software. The task of this application is eavesdropping of SS7 signalling links and intercepting of a given type of information.
SS7 load server
System for testing links of the mobile operators and voice applications. Enables to measure reaction time of telecommunications network and stability of IVR systems. The tester uses 8 trunks E1 (2 telecommunications boards 4E1) and SS7 Intel Net-structure.
