This year edition of Siła Telemarketingu [Power of telemarketing] conference has just ended. Alfavox appeared as the partner of the conference. Discussion panel organized by the company from Bielsko-Biała has brought answer to the question: what is the basis for successful business?
The discussion panel, in which participated: Jacek Barankiewicz, President of DataContact, Wojciech Glapa, Board Member of Arteria SA, Janusz Tomiczek, President of Alfavox and Michał Sawicki, independent consultant, was held on the first day of the conference. Opinions expressed by the participants of the discussion concentrated on the attempt to answer a question, what decides about position and competitiveness of companies on the call/contact center market apart from ICT solutions. In their opinions the participants underlined issues related to perception of the branch, relations between the outsourcing companies and their customers and other questions of tomorrow.
- Discussion carried out during the conference Siła Telemarketingu enabled us to find power in reliable and trusted business partner – comments Janusz Tomiczek. – Of course ICT system is extremely important on telemarketing market, which constitutes the basis for all activities. But this is something we already know. And we realize that a good business partner, who reacts to the needs, is ready to introduce modifications and face up the challenges, is the added value which allows us to achieve success on the market.
According to the participants of the discussion panel, for companies that operate as outsourcing companies it is crucial to establish and maintain good relations with customers, who have to understand the structure of costs that such companies are forced to incur in their everyday business activity in order to assure top quality of provided services. All participants of the discussion panel expressed their consent to the opinion that when you select technological partner you should not choose from the biggest and well-known world providers but from those who understand that the key factors are flexibility, reasonable costs and readiness to quickly react to the market needs.
The conference Siła Telemarketingu gathers experts and people engaged in this branch of business, who represent companies and research institutions operating within the customer service and telesales area of business. This year it was the 7th edition of the conference.
