Alfavox at Call Centre & Customer Management Expo in London
At Call Centre & Customer Management Expo, the biggest ICT fair in Europe, Alfavox appeared as a key partner of Synway from Asia.
The fair took place on 11-12 October in one of the most famous London buildings – National Hall, London Olympia – and gathered thousands of guests interested in call/contact center solutions. The stand of Alfavox and Synway was visited by a number of businessmen and managers of telemarketing departments. Specialists of Alfavox presented original systems developed by the company, among others, alfa Contact Center, IVR, PDS and Scripter. They also established positive relations with foreign outsourcing companies at the same time increasing recognisability of Alfavox trademark in the world.
