Alfavox implements alfa Contact Center platform in PROFI CREDIT
The successful implementation of alfa Contact Center system in PROFI CREDIT. Implementation ended with the intended effect of increased level of business advantages and improved customer service.
PROFI CREDIT Poland is a part of European company Profireal Group SE, which strategic goal is introduction and development of financial products in Middle and Easter Europe. With relation to thriving development of the company and the need to provide professional customer service and increase its competitiveness, PROFI CREDIT Poland decided to implement call center system with all application modules. The company was looking for a system, which could assure advanced functionality, stability and guarantee of further extension as well as integration with internal systems currently operating in the company.
