Alfavox and Arvato at the conference
Alfavox and Arvato took part in the conference of the Polish Power Transmission and Distribution Association in Wisła.
Experts from both companies jointly prepared the speech entitled: "European trends in power companies' customer service. How to win and keep the customers through unique customer service?" and "Integrated Voice Systems - support for customer service in call center - alfa-family products".
During the presentation representatives of Alfavox and Arvato discussed issues related to the subject matter of the speech and planned further discussions to be held at the next joint conferences.
- Participation in the conference organized by Polish Power Transmission and Distribution Association is very important to us for various reasons. First of all, it gives us a chance to exchange experiences and learn about expectations of direct users of our solutions – says Janusz Tomiczek, President of Alfavox. - Apart from that, it helps us to present specific features of our systems and advantages arising from their implementation.
"Computer systems in power industry" is the biggest conference organized for the power sector dedicated to IT-related issues in power industry. The conference held in 2010 was the 9th edition of this event.
