System deployed by Alfavox in TELMON
Successful deployment of contact center system in TELMON carried out by Alfavox. System handles 50 call center agents.
Solutions implemented in TELMON include first of all functionalities supporting everyday work of agents as well as management of databases and agents’ operation.
