By the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the day 5th January 2009 was appointed a new President of the Board of Directors, Janusz Tomiczek, graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Information and Communication Technology in the field of Information and Communication Technology. He has started his professional carrier working as a systems engineer with ComArch S.A. and 2Si S.A., among others. During cooperation with the said companies he was awarded numerous certificates in the field of Microsoft, HP, Legato, Citrix and other technologies as well as he acquired broad experience in consulting and customer care services. He began to focus his interests on telecommunications solutions and key customer servicing in 2001 when he started to work as Consulting and Development Manager in Wind Telecom S.A. His professional successes from that period include participation in the development of infrastructure as well as IT&C and telecommunications solutions of the company from scratch. Due to his experience in analyzing solutions for GSM operators, specialized IVR systems and call center platforms for various market sectors he was responsible for contacts with key customers of the company, supervision over the consulting department as well as planning the development of the company and its products. New President has set the development of modern and professionally managed company, which brings measurable profits mainly through exploring its existing potential on the market and introduction of new products and services, as his main goal.
