Alfavox Sp. z o.o. is a supplier of advanced platforms for the telecommunications systems of contact centers dedicated to small, medium and large business customers. The company possesses unique competences in development, implementation and realization of advanced integration projects. Products offered by Alfavox are based on original system solutions and customized in accordance with specific requirements of each customer and with respect to further development of the system.
History
The company has been established in 2004 as a technological venture. For the first few years of its business activity it concentrated on production of both telecommunication boards and specialized software. It participated also in advanced telecommunications projects for telecommunications operators and developed interfaces dedicated to external systems and PBX.
Simultaneously, since 2006 the company has been developing its original application platform covering contact center, PDS and IVR solutions, which has migrated to .Net technology in 2008 and now constitutes the core for the current alfa solutions.
Solutions
Systems developed by Alfavox are very intuitive and easy to use, which makes them user-friendly and fully competitive within the world solutions. Great number of projects implemented by Alfavox constitutes a guarantee of the company’s extensive experience in development and operation of telecommunication and information systems. The company offers a wide range of renowned products satisfying expectations of the most demanding customers. It directs its business activities towards outsourcing of call center solutions, finance and banking sector, power and gas industries and administration as well as telecommunications operators and cable TV providers.
alfa-platform has been applied in realization of telecommunications systems for Polish GSM operators, call center and ASP.
Company development and achievements
The company is constantly growing and employs a team of committed professionals, who not only possess know-how concerning the deployed technologies and applied programming tools, but also perfectly sense the needs of both the customers and the market.
Alfavox is a partner of Verint Witness, world leader in call logging and quality control systems, and such companies as Avaya, IVO Software and XLScheduler.
In 2009 company has been awarded „Złoty Bit” Call Center GigaCon for its original product alfa Scripter.
